How to order Water Bottle Labels: - Select your choice of label from our catalog below.
- Choose your colors from our Swatch List.
- Determine the size of the water bottle you will be using. Standard sizes are 16.9 oz., 12 oz., and 8 oz. bottles.
- Visit our Order Form and enter in your information, including customization requests and bottle size.
- Complete your order by submitting your PayPal payment.

Water Bottle Label FAQ On what paper should I print my water bottle labels?
A: You can print your labels on special sticker printer paper that is designed especially for water bottles. Our favorite vendor is Online Labels, which offers a variety of labels in matte, glossy, and even weather-proof finishes. They also offer different sizes, including 16.9 oz., 12 oz., and 8 oz. bottles. Alternatively, you can order full-sheet stickers and use a paper cutter to trim the labels.
How do I print my water bottle label? A: Your label is emailed to you in a PDF format sized specifically for your water bottles. You can run it through any desktop printer.
How do I adhere my labels to the bottle? A: You may choose to remove the original label before attaching yours. To do this, you can either tear it off (some glue may remain) or soak the bottle in water overnight which will soften the label and make it easier to remove. To adhere your label, remove the backing completely and grasp the label gently on both ends. Pick a horizontal space on the bottle (a groove or the original label, for example) and align your label to it. Press the label on the bottle in the center
of the label and adhere it smoothly. Gently wrap one side of the label along the bottle and then the other, being careful to avoid air bubbles.
